There is two options that you can choose when reaching checkout on our website. 

• Free Standard Shipping: We ship worldwide for free, however, please note that it will be longer to receive your favorite product. If you can't wait to receive your new item, this might not be the best option for you.
  Depending on your area, free shipping takes 12 to 45 Days.  

• Express Shipping: Good news, we ship worldwide in DHL express for those of you who are too excited to wait! You will usually receive your order in 3 to 10 days.

At Kvaisar we believe that our customers should be 100% Satisfied with their purchase. 

If, for any reason whatsoever you wish to return your item, you can within 7 days of the reception. 

You just have to notify it to: returns@kvaisar.com

We will then tell you what is the procedure, which will usually be to return the item to us. 

Please find below our guidelines in order for you to enjoy your Kvaisar items as long as possible:

• Our jewels should be carefully stored. 
• Please avoid as much as possible any knocks, chemicals, extreme temperatures as well as over exposure to sunlight.
• The chemicals coupled with the heat in swimming pools, jacuzzis, sauna, or a bath, shower should be avoided in order to ensure a long lasting jewel.
  
• Detergents, oils, perfumes, soap, cream, water and various chemicals can damage or tarnish your bracelets, or ring and alter its plating. 
• We advise you to remove your Kvaisar piece when doing heavy duty tasks.
• Cleaning your jewels should be done with a clean and soft cloth after each wear to preserve their quality. 
• Be sure to dry extensively your jewels if exposed to water, moisture or any other risky environment.
